Jennifer is a phenomenal realtor–she’s very knowledgeable, focused, and patient. Having worked with her in the past, she understands what we are looking for in a rental property in terms of budget, building condition, and the location. She’s also focused in submitting our paperwork in a timely manner and negotiating our offer with the seller’s agent. Most of all, she’s patient in listening to our concerns with the property and offers suggestions on how to resolve them.

Jennifer came highly recommended to me by my lender. I’m an artist and a perfectionist so I had a very specific home in mind. When I started looking, it was an extremely competitive market and there were very few homes for sale that met my criteria. Jennifer and I looked at nearly all of the homes in my price range just so I could have a good sense of the market.  Jennifer would analyze each property and tell me which features would be beneficial for resale and which could possibly be considered as a negative.
