Jennifer is a phenomenal realtor–she’s very knowledgeable, focused, and patient. Having worked with her in the past, she understands what we are looking for in a rental property in terms of budget, building condition, and the location. Jennifer came highly recommended to me by my lender. I’m an artist and a perfectionist so I had a very specific home in mind. When I started looking, it was an extremely competitive market and there were very few homes for sale that met my criteria. As a seasoned real estate investor I have worked with a lot of Realtors. I can honestly say that before working with Jennifer, I had never been 100% satisfied with any realtor that I had previously worked with. Unfortunately I had received some bad advice that I believe was in the realtor’s best interest, not mine. I’ve also had to chase down other realtors in order to get a timely response.
